Pediatrician in Forest Hills
So this month's "homework" was to find a pediatrician. I met with one I'll like to meet with at least one other before we make a final decision.
I live near the 67th street subway stop but we have a car so anywhere is Forest Hills is fine.

I don't know any in FoHi, but if you are willing to drive to Flushing, my pediatrician (as in, the doc I went to as a kid!) is Dr. Tsoutsouarus (pronounced Too-saurus) and he was great!

I interviewed a bunch of pediatricians here in FoHi. I ended up going with a pedi that was recommended to us by a friend with 2 kids. He is older and incredibly experienced. He has a younger partner that has been with him for about 12 years now. He is the old time doctor that I really like. His bedside manner is a bit rough, but his partner is fantastic with the babies.
His name is Alvin Eden, the partner is Benetta Yee. They are at 107-21 Queens Blvd, ste 7 (718) 261 8989.
A number of my mom friends use Forest Hills Pediatrics. They are open 365 days a year, they always have someone on call. It is a huge practice. Most of my friends see Dr Quinn. I didn't like that there were so many docs, because you always seem to be seeing a different doctor. I also had trouble communicating on an intelligent basis with the front desk staff, and that was before I had a sick infant to deal with. They are located on 70th Rd. Not sure of the exact address.
