As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just read your thread.
When Cameron had a cold the dr. advised us to run a humidifier (I chose cool, because it would work during summer too) & saline drops. I would clean out his nose a few times a day, but always right before bed. I really think that helped. Then we would prop his mattress up w/a few pillows. The downfall though, C would slide down in his sleep. 
They had an ad in parenting magazine for this product. Looks silly, but shoot if it works it works! At least she wouldn't slide down like C.
