I found the balsamic onion marmalade recipe online too which was nice since an 8 oz bottle of that stuff goes for $14!
Funny thing is I've never been a big roast beef fan but the sandwich sounded so good and I've been having a salt craving so sandwich + chips sounded amazing for dinner. Have to say the recipe didnt disappoint. Wish I had been a better blogger and taken a pic of it for my blog but I was too hungry...maybe I'll do it this wkend when I make it again =D

Actually making the sandwich wasnt too bad, it was just the balsamic onion topping that was a pain.
