Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Our house!
The inspection was yesterday and went really well. The radon was a little high (which is typical for our area) so we are going to ask the sellers to mitigate that but that was the worst of it.
It looks like we are closing the end of September!

It's a two story (obviously) 3 bed/4 bath that's 1900 sq feet. The LR/DR/kitchen have hardwood floors that are really nice. Basement has a little workshop area for DH to work on projects. Good storage space but cloests aren't too big.
It should last us awhile which is nice.
