Toy Story
I think it would be so fun to go watch Toy Story on the beach in Newport tonight...has anyone ever been? Would it be weird for DH and I to go, we don't have kids?

I've actually never watched any of the movies on the beach, but try it, you might like it.
I don't think it's weird, but just know you'll likely be surrounded by kids.
That alone is enough to deter me.

So we went. I packed a picnic, with wine and cheese and good french bread and salami and hummus and olives. The movie was cute, I forgot how much adult humor was in Toy Story. We were for sure the only people there without kids, but it was okay..the movie didn't start until 8 so most of the kids were older and well behaved. I would go again, but I would get there early to find street parking instead of paying the $10 for the lot. And I would take PCH instead of the 5
The downside.It wasn't actually on the beach like I had pictured, it was on the shore of a little pay in the middle of an RV park, so we were surrounded my campers and massive RV's seriously some of these things were twice the size of my house! And to top it off there was a giant red ant hill in the very center of the sitting area so everyone had to fan out around them... apparently the ants got there early to score the primo seating.
hell, i have kids and this doesn't appeal to me at all.
