I'm nervous
The conditions of the offer on our condo expire today. I am super nervous. I last heard from our agent on Friday and the buyers sounded very sure at that time but I have learned not to count my chickens before they're hatched! This would be a HUGE relief to have the condo finally sold. I am super anxious.

If it makes you feel any better, we waited until the last day to waive the conditions when we bought our house... The timeline was really tight for us to get the inspection, etc.
This does make me feel a bit better. They have asked for a Sept 4th possession date, so I am hoping that they don't pull out.
What are the conditions that you are waiting on?
