LIP: Reactions to my drugstore experience this afternoon
I was told to go f($k myself at the drugstore
I guess the comments are because she is a NY'er rather than just plain crazy? WTF. I laugh, I laugh. Really, people.
ETA: Read some of the reactions as well. Those are what I am really laughing at.
Re: LIP: Reactions to my drugstore experience this afternoon
LOL, seriously.
Lately, I get infuriated when people creep the lane while I'm paying for groceries-so far up that I can't reach the cashier because I've been pushed totally out of the lane. I've been saying, "unless you're planning to pay my bill for me, could you back up a touch?"

Good lord. The thing at the drugstore, typical impatient hysteria.
TarHeels&Rebels is an ignorant idiot. I now know that alien abductions are absolutely true because there are 1.43 million google hits. You also get 2.43 million hits for "rude people north carolina." And if you google ignorant southener you will get 3.22 million hits. Whatafuckingmoron.
Better she stays out of our city, I'd hate to have to prove her right.
Um, in that thread, what happened to all the responses by TarHeel and the responses to her response?
LOL Pokey...I was wondering what you were talking about? hmmm...
Are you really surprised at people Amy? I'm not! There are so many crazy people in this world, it's not even funny...ok, maybe it is a little funny. lol As for the old lady with the panties in a knot, she probably just needed to get some action...give an old lady a break. lol
Ok, I'm on the other end of this situation, but there was one time I was in AC Moore and the lady was price-checking everything in her goddamn cart I could've smacked her. I ultimately lost my patience and told her to go to customer service if she wanted to know the price of every item in the frigg'n store. In the end I basically told her to go "F" herself, but was I really wrong?!?! lol And of course there was only 1 line open, but I made the manager open another one before I had to go postal on that ladies ass. lol
I HATE when people do this! Price checking is for occasional usage when you are not sure what something will cost because of a sale or something - not to confirm the price that is already on the damn sticker!! Argh, it irritates me so much when people do this!
There was a poster from North Carolina in that other thread that said something like she had been to visit 28 other states but never NY and never would visit NY because of all the rude people and Amy's post proved how rude all NYers are. When someone called her on it she posted that if you google rude people new york you get so many million hits so it must be true.
Yeah, I don't know what happened with that post. At least 10 responses were deleted somehow from that thread. Not sure why exactly. The discussion was lively, but nothing detrimentally bad.
