Just came from the OB and I am being induced this Thursday! Holy Crap!
I am scared, excited, nervous and just flabbbergasted at the fact that we will meet our little guy by this weekend!
* And before there are any judgements about a pre-40-week induction. An induction has always been planned for me because of my blood clotting issues and need for heparin shots + the extra issue of GD.
Re: We have a date!
Wow! I hope the next 3 days go by quickly for you!
No judgments here, I'll be induced because clotting issues too. You gotta do what it takes to have a safe delivery and healthy baby.
I can't remember, do you know the sex or will it be a surprise?
Thanks ladies. I didn't think I'd really get flack here, but the tri- boards tend to jump all over people for this.
CBL- It's a boy.
Oooh, so exciting!
I remember signing my admission papers at the hospital when it struck me - "holy crap, I'm having a baby!" LOL
How awesome is that, that you'll be holding your little guy in your arms in just a few days?!
And no judgements here on induction - your doctors are making the decision that is best for you and your baby!
since when do we judge
You and your doc know what's best for the little one - that's why we have doctors!
Good Luck, I hope everything goes well! So excited for the next Nestie baby!
No way that is so exciting! Does it not blow your mind you will be a mom in 3 days? There's no going back now!!!
I can't wait to hear the official annoucement of your little one's safe arrival. Good luck with everything!
It must be so exciting that you'll be holding him in a few days!
Good luck with everything!!
This is what I had done - it wasn't as bad as I expected. In case they don't tell you - the catheter is an open tube (same as a urine catheter) and if blood comes out of it don't have a heart attack (like me) - it's totally normal.
Good luck! Hope all goes well.
