Your guess is as good as mine.  Baby was shy - again :(  No tears this time, though.

She did give us a guess and she guessed boy.  As soon as she moved the wand into position and I saw the legs, I immediately spotted something between the legs.  But when I asked her how sure she was, she said 65%.

So we're still booked for our 3D in another two weeks.  This kid is already teaching me to be patient!

We did get to see our little cutie pie sucking his thumb and swallowing.  It was really cool!  And baby got his/her first mail today.  A package addressed to G Lastname (as both our front runner names start with G) and marked as Love Grandma.  There was a little T shirt inside that said "I love Grandma"  So cute.

  • Ahhh Baby CBL you sneaky monkey...

Grandmas are the best - enjoy it! And I can't wait to hear the names (if you're up to sharing. MIL ruined my sharing experience) LOL

  • I hope baby co-operates at the 3D one next week! Maybe this is a sign your kid is going to be a sneaky mischevious one. They will probably be a hide and go seek master in 5 - 6 years.

I'm curious about your G names too! Are you set in stone on them? Or do you have a few of each gender picked and will wait to meet baby to decide.

Boy is Gavin.  That's set in stone.  For girls, the current front runner is Georgia (after his late father, George), but D isn't totally convinced, so that one could change.

I love the names! Gavin has always been one of my favourites. We'd never use it since we have a family friend with that name (and he's super fun which makes me like it more). Good choice!

I think Georgia is really pretty too, so classic sounding. Hopefully third time will be the charm and you'll finally get to find out what you're having with the 3D ultra sound!
