As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Home internet service provider

Who do you use?  I hate Time Warner Cable so I'm hoping to switch from Road Runner.

  • We have Insight, and love it, but we're in Kentucky.

    I know my mom & dad were having a lot of problems with Time Warner, and switched to DirectTV last year, and have been very happy.

  • We had zoomtown in our other house and had no problems. 
  • We have RR, it's good but I too hate TWC.  I've heard that if you upgrade to business class the customer service is FAR better.  My parents have Fuse (I think)  from Cin Bell.  It seems so slow compared to RR but maybe they just need to upgrade to a faster service from Cin Bell.

  • OMG I can not STAND TWC !!! We have Embarq and its amazing, I have never (we have had them since Dec 2008) had to call them with a connection issue. The service is carefree and I don't even know the 1-800 or customer service #. For TWC I saved the number to my cell phone and knew it by heard lol, that's how much I called them. Any other questions about them let me know.
  • Our connection was horrible with Cincy Bell & their customer service was even worse. We've switched to TWC & had no problems since - and their customer service has been great.
