Does anyone know of a caterer in Riverside, one of those taco trucks? MIL wants one for FIL's party and (I guess because I'm Mexican

I used this Taco guy a couple times and he is really good! Brings lots of food and always tons of left overs. Cheap to, fed 400 people, 5 tacos each plus beans and rice for $1600!

One of the ladies at my work does it. Well actually her husband does it. They have really good food too. I think it's $400 for 50 people or something including rice and beans. I can get you the info if you want.

You know the sad part is, I was only half joking about the Mexican thing. MIL is funny. Whenever she meets someone Mexican she always says to me, "you guys can speak Spanish to each other." As if Mexican is some sort of secret club.
