You definitely want to be more dressed up! I would recommend that your DH dress business casual and you could wear a fun dress! Have a fabulous dinner:) I love Boca!!!
First of all congrats! Second of all, I am SOOO jealous. Boca is awesome. I agree with pp that you'd be fine in jeans and a fun top, however it's your anniversary. Dress up! You absolutely won't be out of place in a dress. DH and celebrated our anniversary there and I work a little black dress with these awesome gold metalic sandals. He wore a suit and we weren't out of place.
