Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Co-workers 2 year old daughter
We got an e-mail from our group's senior manager saying that my co-worker will be out because they had to take their 2 year old to the ER last night. The message didn't say what was wrong but they were holding her for observation.
I'm good work friends with this person so i asked someone if they knew what was wrong. I guess the kid woke up and was covered in head to toe bruises. The first thing I thought of was Leukemia. I really hope that is not the case and is a non-cancerous blood disorder.
I feel so bad for them. I know I'm jumping to conclusions but I really, really hope it is nothing that serious.
So if you have a few vibes/prayers to spare, I'd be thankful.

I can't even begin to imagine either. I would be a complete wreck if I was in that situation.
