Hi! How's baby Sammi doing? I hope he is feeling better. 
As for the kitty outside, I sure hope he/she survived, but unfortunately I don't know. I haven't seen 'em since the other day when I noticed the tail was half gone. I feel terrible and wish I could have done something, but I keep telling myself I can't save all the animals in the world and that the 4 I saved is enough! Am I mean? I don't know, 'cause I still feel bad. =(
My guys are all doing good. Except baby Belle was gonna get a spanking yesterday. lol I went out to the garbage pail to throw some stuff away and I open the door to come back in and she runs out. Thankfully we have a little area in the front of the house I could block her in, but I couldn't grab her (she was too quick) and I had to yell for Joey...he was able to grab her. She's sooo naughty...now I have to make sure no one is by the door when I open it 'cause these little poops can't be trusted. =/ But, thanks for asking.

Glad to hear that you are doing ok. And no you are not mean for not rescuing the cat. You have 4 cats, you've done your fair share. Do you know a local rescue person? Maybe you could call them to pick him/her up. I got Sammi from a rescue so I know the important work they do.
And how naughty is Belle? She and Sammi should go on a date (once his butt gets a bit more fur and is attractive) since they seem to have an affection for the wild outdoors. LOL Good thing you were able to get your hubby to corner her and bring her back in. I am going to be really tough on Sammi from now on. I should be able to leave my door open without him attempting to escape - I know its going to be a challenge but I have to administer some tough love!
One week to your vacation huh? Lucky you! Garth and I desperately need a vacation but for now the house has us consumed...but once it's done, I am going somewhere, somehow. LOL

That's hysterical...Sammi's butt being shaved and Belle dating him. lol I always told her, never go out with a boy whose butt is shaved. LOL
Ya know...I've tried the route of getting someone to "save" the strays, but it's not so easy and for me to do it alone is just as hard. I wish it was that simple tho'. Plus stray cats are running rampant around here...it really is a shame...I wish I could save them all. =/ But, I'm glad I was able to save the 4 I have (they were all rescue cats).
Yes, a little over a week 'til DW. I'm super excited...not like I haven't been there before. lol I know what you mean about the house consuming you...it'll take some time before you're back on track, but you'll be there before you know it.

How is the house selling business going? I hope you get an offer before you leave. Your house looks cute so let's hope the buyer out there makes up their mind this weekend and come over. Have you started looking at where in NJ you wanna buy? My BIL lives in NJ, way south, for me thats just too far!! But his house is gorgeous, real fancy!
