Boo on only 1 check in yeterday
I know I was late, sorry for that.
Today was the first day that I semi-fell off the wagon. We had a party at work and were just surrounded with food. I couldn't keep my hand out of the cookie jar. I didn't eat until I was stuffed, so that's good, but I didn't say "no thanks" to much.
How'd you do??

I am doing ok so far BUT DH & I are off to my birthday dinner soon so not sure how I'll fare lol. I have about ~600 calories to consume for dinner so hopefully i don't go over!! lol. I also ran today so that's a few calories off too.
Tomorrow may be tough :-(. We'll be having dinner at Roy's (and for sure we'll eat somewhere else before that) so i can't promise i'll be good. I'll try to squeeze in a work out though so i can justify what i'll eat :-).
I did mostly OK on Wednesday. Got a little carried away with the post-8:00 PM snacking but...oh well.
Yesterday was a disaster. I felt crappy and head-achey and stressed and bloated all day and had crazy cravings for salt and grease, so even though I was at home on my own I still stuffed my face with too many potato chips and too much cheese. This morning I had that "well, duh" moment when I got my period. In any event, I seem to be feeling mostly better and am back on track today.
I posted a little funny with the last check in!
I'm doing OK today - I still feel tired, and was really struggling to wake up this afternoon. But so far, I haven't had any bad snacks.
Tonight is carb-loading but I'm already tired of pasta. Oh well.
