Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Housing Update (XP from BAH)
We offered almost 95% of the asking price and asked them to pay for the inspection.
They countered with no budge in the asking price. They want full price. But they will pay for the inspections up to 550 dollars. After that we have to pay the difference.
I really want this house. I don't think they will budge again if we go back with something like 97% of the asking price. So, with that said.... I think we are going to accept and get the ball rolling.
We were going to sit on it, and offer 97% but we are afraid that if we do that then it will just leave more time with out an accepted offer for other people to sneak in and get the house.
The difference really isn't that much in our monthly mortgage payments. Its just the over time total... but it is a house that we love.... so i guess its worth it in the long run!

where are you??? I'll send you a private message too! I'm so excited! We were originally looking at RR, but everyone said not to and to stick to ABQ.
Personally I love them both. This house is only 7 minutes away from the other house. Its not as west as the other house, just more north.
Now everyone needs to tell me all the things we can do in RR! haha.
