lol I am staring to wonder if anyone even cares about these anymore. Buuuuut, I make them so I may as well share them. Because we didn't follow many of the meal plans through August, I'm recycling alot of them into my September menu.
Monday: Take-out. DH is out of town and I am on my own.
Tuesday: Grilled Stuffed Peppers w/ Greek Style Burgers;
Wednesday: Leftovers;
Thursday: Speedy Tuna "Casserole";
Friday: Grilled Lobster w/ Curry Butter and Crispy Potato Skins.

I'm doing them!! The last couple weeks I have gone shopping on Tuesdays so by the time I make the menu I feel a little late to post.... This week I am going shopping on Wednesday - sigh, so busy!!!
Tues: BBQ'd chicken, frozen veggies, rice
Wed: spaghetti w/ beef & italian sausage.
I'm trying to get back on track! Summer made life hard, but we are steading out now... and I'm at a total loss for what to make anymore.
Sunday: supposed to be Chicken cacciatore, I ended up napping and had oatmeal instead (A was at work)
Monday: Fishcakes with montrey jack and salad
Tues/Wed: Leftovers
Thurs: Chicken cacciatore
Fri: Stuffed porkchops - with what to you ask? I have no idea
I'm still looking at receipes!

Tuesday: rib-eye steaks on the BBQ with mini potatoes, corn and green beans
Wednesday: Pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach and feta, rice, spinach salad

Friday: Turkey montecristos with pear and spinach
Does the turkey bacon taste like real bacon? Is it a lot more healthy?
Also, do you have a recipe for the turkey montecrisos? I can always use more recipes that use Pears because we have pear trees in the backyard and all 100 or so pears will be ripe soon!!!! TIA!!

MN4L, turkey bacon doesn't taste quite like real bacon, but it's not bad, and less greasy.
I just got home from Superstore, so now we have food! We got home at 11 last night and had NO food in the house.
Monday: grilled steak over salad with tomatoes & goat cheese with caesar dressing
Tuesday: tacos
Wednesday: Grilled chicken, corn on the cob
Thursday: Tortellini with spinach tomato sauce
Friday: Ottawa!
