Annnnd I'm back...
I wanted to write about my weekend experience at the Chelsea Hotel in AC in case anyone is interested for future knowledge. We stayed in one of ten Penthouse Suites at the Chelsea, and it was very nice. The living room was a tad smaller than I thought, but the bedroom and bathroom were very nice. The hotel itself was really swanky and cool. We went Chelsea's Club (called C5) on Saturday night, and it was a ton of fun. We had no problem getting in bc we were hotel guests, but non-hotel guests had to wait in longer lines. There were several indoor rooms, but the best part was the large outdoor bar and pool area. It was a nicer crowd than I thought would be there. We went to Teplitsky's (Stephen Starr rest.) the following morning for brunch, and it was delicious!
This place was pretty awesome, and I didn't feel like I was in AC.. felt much classier and upscale than Caesar's, Bally's, Trump, etc.
