(Un) Happy Tuesday
I called in sick today because I kept myself up with a cough last night. I'm exhausted and knew I wouldn't be able to deal with kids today. Bright side is I'll actually get to Nest today 
since I took R to daycare anyway.
Last night I did my best to play with R without spreading my germs to her. We napped, read books, watched a little bit of the Baby Channel, bath time and then went to bed after DH got home.
Tonight is my night to make dinner, but I don't know yet if I will. Depend on how I feel.
Re: (Un) Happy Tuesday
Yes, I'm surprised the local channels aren't covering this more thoroughly like it seems they always do. I just got word this morning that my aunt in Tujunga has been evacuated from her house. My cousin, 2 aunts, and grandma haven't been yet. But I'm worried about them!
Morning everyone...we're starting to get a bit of the brown skies by us from the fires and my parents kept calling from Boston wanting to make sure their home is ok.
Last night H picked up the pup from the ILs after work and found out their alpha male dog didnt really like having a puppy around so the weekend visit was a little hard on my ILs. Feel bad and their dog has always been like that so maybe we should have known better, now we're trying to figure out what to do with D over xmas since I'm sure leaving him at the ILs wont be an option. H made me dinner (which was such a nice treat on a Monday) and we watched a bit of TV.
Today I had my first Physical Therapy appt and it went well. The PT guy gave me some hope that I might not need surgery (fingers crossed) and now I'm back at work. Might try to fit in a trip to Costco and Old Navy tonight (got my 20% off stuff and save card in the mail that I want to use).
