There is a wonderful Italian/pizza place called Riviera on Rt. 272. I'm an Italian girl from Jersey and honestly love this place. Not sure if they are open on the holiday, but it's so worth a try.

Riviera is great, we love their sicilian pizza! Last time we ate at Zia Maria's I was not very impressed, I believe they changed owners or cooks. There is also a small pizza shop in Ephrata, Chris's New York Pizzeria, is very good too.
Riveria would be the closest to the Turnpike.
Not sure why I didn't think of it before, but Applebee's is right on 322.

Auh!! I totally forgot about Lily's on Main. There food is great, little more expensive but a wonderful small restrauant.
