We got the house!
REA texted me last night to let me know that the sellers accepted our offer! Woot Woot! Now just have to pray that everything else runs smoothly! I'm so excited! It won't be MY house yet though until I have the keys in my hand. I''l try not to get TOO emotionally attached. Right now the closing date is the first Friday we are out there!

Totally bummed. At work and trying so hard not to cry. I LOVE this house. Its perfect for us.......
Not it wasn't inspection. We didn't get there yet. It was one of the contingencies in the agreement that fell through.
As of right now we are the only ones who put in offers to the house, so we will be going back to the negotiating table later this week to hopefully reach a new agreement.
I'm bummed. I truly love the house. It has everything and then some that I want in a home. BUT if we can't fix that contingency and come to an agreement we will have to walk away. :-(
