Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I posed this on theknot too but since people are moving over here I thought I'd double post!!
I could kill this girl!! she bought 10 of my paper lanterns and 6 glass tealights. First she accused me of cashing her check and not sending the items, then she got it in a few days. unfortunatly 5 of the tealights broke and she says I sent her 11 lanterns and 10 metal inserts when she "bought" 10 so she gets an extra. she tells me that she is sending everything back and wants her money back!!!
I emailed her saying i'd send her $10 for the broken tea lights but she got the lanterns she wanted. I don't want them back!!!
side note, when she accused me of not sending the items she threatned to file charges of civil theft and contacting the KNOT to revoke my web privldges.....seriously!! anyway just wondering if I'm wrong and if there is a knot return policy i'm not aware of!!!! I don't want to deal with this any more!!

She's just blowing smoke, esp. regarding contacting The Knot. The disclaimer at the top of the TTT page says:
You agree that The Nest does not have any obligation to intervene or otherwise become involved in any dispute or claim between users of this area or between users and any third party, and you waive, release, acquit, covenant not to sue and forever discharge The Nest, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, obligations, debts, sums of money, accounts, demands, liabilities, judgments, expenses, suits, proceedings, actions and causes of action whatsoever (actual and consequential), whether known or unknown, developed or undeveloped, fixed or contingent, subject to dispute or not, of every sort or character, arising out of or in any way related to this area.
