For Sale By Owner?
We are trying to sell our condo. I'm posting on craigslist everyday and put pictures on my FB. I've also heard there's a for sale by owner web site. Any other ideas?

Definitely find the FSBO site, and get yourself on MLS. Otherwise, people who are in the market to buy won't be comparing your condo to other condos in the same range/price/etc...
But honestly, especially in this market, I'd find a good realtor. The advertising, marketing, and work that the realtor will do is worth it. You can negotiate on the percentage of the commission. We hired a great realtor when we sold our condo 2.5 years ago. Our condo was on the market for 20 days, and it wasn't that we didn't think we knew what we were doing (dh did the real estate classes in college, just never sat for the test). We just knew the value in having the resources of a realtor were beyond what we could do.

You need to get on the mls by paying one of those websites $300. You don't have a chance otherwise. Here are a few of the companies:
