the worst thing

When you wake up in the middle of the night to hear the cat barfing somewhere in the house, only to not be able to find it the next day. I know there is cat vomit somewhere in my house, I just don't know where. Hopefully nowhere that I can step/sit/otherwise accidentally touch it. Ick!

Re: the worst thing

  • Ewww.

I hate to say this but, maybe it was eaten?  By one of the dogs or cats?

So gross, but it's been known to happen in my household.  A fubaby uchucks so we run to get some papertowels to clean it up and by the time we return (in mere seconds, mind you) it's completely gone.

    Double EWWW!

  • Ewwww....barf! Ick!

  • That is definitely one of the grossest things ever.  Worse when you step on it in socks....don't why the 'in socks' is nastier to me than bare feet, but it is.  And when it's totally missing and you can't find the phantom barf, that is SO eff-ing nasty.
  • I know that this is only hilarious to me because it's not in my house :)

  • I agree with the maybe it got eaten suggestion.  Ellie licks up her own vomit sometimes.  Ick!

Not the best thing for a woman dealing with morning sickness, eh?

  • I hate waking up the sound of a cat vomiting a hair ball!!! even worse is when you can't find it like you said.... you'd think if a dog ate it you'd still see a stain? unless it was on hardwood floors..... hope you find it!
  • I know neither of the dogs cleaned it up, because they're crated at night...it could have been one of the cats, but I've never seen them do it before. I'm guessing he must have done it under furniture or in a closet somewhere that we haven't suspected to check. Sad
  • Ugh!  That sucks!

And I have to agree with Amy, stepping on anything "wet" in socks  also seems nastier to me that in bare feet!  haha!  seriously don't know why i feel that way!
