As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I NEVER Do This...
But...as most of you know, I found out last Friday that my position is being eliminated...
I'm in need of some serious thoughts, prayers, vibes, whatever you've got today. I have an interview at 11am cst with a senior manager for the one and only HR role available in my company. I'm up against one other person. If I don't get this position, it is highly likely that I'll be completely out of a job as of October 1.

Yep, while I have been with the company about 5 yrs less than her, I have many more skills/direct experience in this type of role than she does. Yes, she is also internal.
