I have never cried as much at a movie...
...as I did last night watching the Time Traveler's Wife.
Holy tearjerker! Really good movie, I quite liked it (I read the book a few years ago, so maybe didn't remember it as well as others who've read it more recently) It wasn't as good as the book, but didn't ruin it like I worried it might.
Anyway, I was seriously crying through at least half the movie. I loved the movie though and now want to name my baby Henry or Clare (both of which DH vetoed, and I will likely get over in a day anyway)
Anyone else see it?

I can't decide if I want to watch it or not.... I just finished the book a week ago and loved it and cried enough through that!
Henry has always been a fav boy name, but it was vetoed a long time ago!
I saw it a couple weeks ago as well. I haven't read the book in about 5 years, so I think that helped me enjoy it as much as I did, since I had a hard time remembering specifics.
I usually cry at movies, but didn't at this one. There were a few times where I got a little misty, but that was about it.

I definitely think the fact that I read the book so long ago was why I enjoyed it so much. I've talked to other friends who've read it a lot more recently and they were really focused on the differences between the book and the movie.
For me, I couldn't remember a lot of the little details they ignored (IMO they got all the big stuff), so it worked out.
