Salad suggestions?
We're going to the cabin with my BIL and SIL and we're suppose to bring lunch on Monday (covered) and a salad for supper on Sunday.
I have fresh lettuce (mixed greens) in my garden and I would like to do something with that but I feel like my salads are always the same. What do you do?

This is one of the best salads I have ever made (Romaine Salad with Fresh Cherries, Pumpkin Seeds and Sheep's Milk Feta with Olive Bread Croutons)
. I substituted framboise for white balsamic, but you could use regular balsamic and I have used corn bread instead of olive bread. You could also use chevre in place of the feta.
Mmm it would be really good with strawberries.
