Absolutely ridiculous. Stuff like that makes me so sad.
As for the LSU game, people who are not LSU fans, don't like LSU. That's why sportcenter didn't even mention us.
I just don't understand people. I feel for the entire family, but for the young woman who survived ... I just don't know how she'll do it. She lost her husband, 2 year old son and had to deliver her baby at only 6 months. My heart truly goes out to this family.
Ali is right about LSU. I'm not the biggest fan, but I watch b/c my family are addicts. However, I do think they deserve mention on national tv.
It was so sad. I just dont understand people at all sometimes.
Just a horrendous story. I can't even think about what that poor girl, and all of their extended family must be going through.
Except for those championship years, ESPN pretty much always snubs LSU. I've never understood why, but DH and his friends have dozens of theories. lol
I was thinking the exact same thing, MrsD. Did you read an update about her? Were they able to save the baby she was carrying?
I just looked in our local paper, but it doesn't have any updates. I read last night that she had to deliver the baby, but the paper I just read doesn't say so. It just says both the mother and baby were alive upon arriving at a BR area hospital.
