Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Chat dialogue from 'Sandra' was exactly the same. I started to get suspicious and asked questions that I haven't gotten answers to, so I figured it might be a hacker?
ugh, i'm so sorry you two had to deal with that! yeah, my account my phished - i'm still not sure how it happened, but it was really annoying
FB finally froze my account 3 hours after it happened, and i just got my account back. kinda creepy though, to know that someone was in my account and could have done anything to it... shiver.
thanks for letting me know though! I thought to come over here and give everyone a head's up too, but we were mostly out of the house all day and I didn't get online until much later. hope everyone had a good labor day!
