**It's my birthday, and I'll shop if I want to!**
So, although I'm not one to make a federal holiday of my B-day today, I'm wishing I would have taken today off at work! I figured today being almost the middle of the week, I'd be a trooper and go in. I should have stayed home and sipped a margarita in the middle of the day! 
?DH is working the night shift tonight and couldn't get off, but he surprised me this morning with two really sweet and funny cards before he headed out. But, on Saturday, I'm having a little ladies night out evening in the city, and Sunday DH and I are taking a road trip to Maine.?
But, as of tonight, at first I was a little bummed that I didn't have any plans lined up, but then I thought wait, I've gotten some gift cards, so I'm going shopping, to get a start on a few fall things. Plus, I made sure to tell DH also, so he won't be surprised when he sees the shopping bags! LOL.?
