Mine aren't as much stories as updates but here goes:
MIL is officially booked her trip to Vegas while we are there for our HM and wants to meet up - awesome
Add the 2x a day calls to DH and it gets better.
UTI - no further explanation needed
On a positive note - I'm going to be an aunt again and I am MOH when my MOH gets married next June.
I don't know which is more miserably, the UTI or the family reunion on your HM. Sorry
I just created a post, but to repeat my idiocy, I touched an electric fence. Got some sort of food poisoning too. But I had a great time with my friends!
They make antibiotics for the UTI - there's no cure yet for MILs

I know I already posted another pic of this, but sharks really excite me (and my kids). We were out on the boat and saw this fin and ended up following it up and down the bank for about 2 hours because the kids would totally freak out in happiness every time we saw its fin! It was so cool. Or nerdy. However you want to look at it
Other than that, just a totally awesome weekend--boating, sandbar, fishing, good meals, family, good friends--just perfect!?
Cool shark story!
We were in St. Louis with a group of friends. No good stories, but lots of fun! We went up the arch, toured the Budweiser factory, had lots of good food and drink, and slept in each morning!

My weekend was filled with bonfires, cocktails, baseball games, and baking.
I made plans to meet up with an old HS friend who got married Sunday at her after party. We were dress twins.

I went canoeing with a bunch of friends. We almost capsized our canoe after going thru some class 1 rapids. The second I felt the canoe start to tilt, I jumped into the water and held up the side that was about to go under. My POS stereo was on the front of the boat, 2 sweatshirts and my digital camera dumped into the water.
We search and searched for my digital camera in the river, no dice. I sulked down the river for a few miles. We stopped to play on the beach for awhile and we happened to look into our extra cooler. Somehow, with my catlike speed and reflexes I threw my camera in the cooler when we were about to flip. I don't remember doing it, but it was in the cooler.
The night before this all happened we were all sitting at the campsite. This random chick wandered over from another campsite and started acting like a complete asshat. H ended up throwing a marshmellow at her and it hit her in the eye. Then she proceeded to say that all Bentley kids were snobs (that's the college I went to, along with about 15 of the other ppl on the trip with us). She was like ohhh I am smarter than all of you blah blah blah.
We let her hang around for awhile for sheer entertainment value. At one point another friend of hers wandered over (this guy was cool) and she proceeed to talk crap about us to his guy. I had enough. I stood up, said efff you cvnt, get the eff off our campsite before I kick the shittttt out of you. (I had been drinking for over 10 hours and had had enough) She got up, didn't say a word, and walked back over to her camp site.
Needless to say, a 22 person slow clap started immediately.
