Not sure if you'll see this since you're not able to get on often. But Declan has pretty bad acid reflux too. He was on Axid which did nothing for him and now he's on Previcid which helps a lot! Plus he's now getting Similac Sensitive R.S. which has the rice starch in it and helps keep him from spitting up and being miserable all the time.
I hope you're able to find some relief soon because it's not fun!

Axid is just like the Zantac but the Prevacid is a proton pump inhibitor which helps prevent the acid from building up. We also have Declan sleeping on a wedge in his crib which really helps! http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2401848
I'm sorry Sofia has it so bad
Declan would wake up choking on the acid coming up and is constantly coughing. He was always crying nonstop when we'd feed him or try to burp him. I just feel so bad because you're not able to relieve their pain.
Keep us updated how Sofia does at the GI and cardiologist.
