NYC Visit
I am sure you guys get floods of question from ppl outside of NY, and you must get sick of it! But my dh and I are visiting ny in Oct, my dh hasnt ever been and i am really excited to show him the city. We are staying on Staten Island, but plan on spending little time there! I am looking for great laid back restaurants to eat at since my hubby is really picky. The best bakeries too! Do you guys have any favorite hole in the wall places to go?
Also we are going to try to do as much site seeing as poss, but do you have any suggestions on what to do, and what is just a waste of time?

makes sense. I know sometimes people stay at hotels in outer boroughs to try to save some cash, if that's what you were trying to do I would have suggested not doing it on SI.
