our house offer was just accepted!!!
OMG! We just made an offer on a house, and after a bit of negotiating, it was accepted! SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
We're so happy...it's at the high upper end (but not the absolute max) of our price range, and it's just ideal for us! It's not a big fancy McMansion or a forever home (which I'm not sure I believe in at our age anyway), but it's perfect for where we are in life right now and for the next 5-10 years, and will be a great place to have a little child (or two!).
I'm so jittery right now lol - I'd forgotten how nerve wracking house buying is!
