Re: Todays appt.
I'm glad that the placenta is reattaching. Great news.
17 weeks is early to find out the gender though, so I can understand why the doctor didn't plan on it. My sis is an u/s tech and said that sometimes 20 weeks is early to tell (and I have an employee who was told at EVERY u/s from 20 weeks until 2 weeks before she had the baby that she was having a girl...2 weeks before the baby came, she found out it was a boy!!).
Hopefully you can hold out a little longer. I am so excited for you guys to find out.
I happy your placenta is reattaching and your bedrest has been lifted. Sorry you weren't able to have the gender scan but this way they'll be more sure of the gender
Good luck with the carpel tunnel. I had it pretty bad and it didn't go away until about 1.5 months after I had Declan.
Thanks ladies! We were at least grateful to find out things are going better but im not exactly up and running a marathon yet lol. Im going to slowly ease into doing things.
Kristin: when the nurse came in to do my weight and bp she asked if i had questions and i asked about the carpal tunnel and she laughed at me and said no you dont get that. Well then my dr came in and said absolutely that i had it after she tested me. Yeah it sucks and gets really bad at night.
