PIP: My BM Wedding Outfit
As promised, here is MH and me right before the wedding. (And yes, MH is wearing a tutu. I was so proud of him for humoring me! Pretty good for a tax lawyer from Texas, huh?) Still holding out for photos from folks who photographed the wedding itself.

Here is a closer look of the hair falls I made from yarn, tulle, and fabric.

I don't have any pictures yet of my costume lit up at night, but it had elwire along the boning of the corset and MH's vest below gives you an idea of what it looked like.

That is so awesome!!!
wow, what a good sport! Love the outfits!!
Can you remind me though about the details of the wedding?
Sure. The wedding was between two of our dear friends who I helped set up nearly a decade ago. They go to Burning Man together every year and decided it was the perfect place to get married. MH was a guest and I was in the wedding. My role was to "give away" the groom after walking him down the aisle. (As a wedding participant, I was asked to wear something "blue and/or shiny and most definitely outrageous.")
The wedding ceremony took place in a tent and was officiated by a friend wearing ducky footie pajamas who had been ordained online. Then we had toasts and a twinkie cake and headed out to "the reception" which was really a DJ performance with tens of thousands of people there.
You look gorgeous!!! From your description ... and my expectations of Burning Man ... I never thought your outfit would be so fabulous. You look HOT.
Since it is almost Halloween, I think you need to give us directions on how to do the glow in the dark thingy on clothes. I want that.
... your H ... poor guy... at least he had his slippahs
Newlyweds since 2007
Thanks! That is just awesome!
