As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Baking Poll
I'm determined to bake SOMETHING tonight. Even though it's hot out and nothing fall like, I'm hellbent on urging Mother Nature to tone down with some fall-tasting treats. So what should I make:

I voted for the cupcakes but I am not a fan of anything pumpkin flavored....
That probably should have gone in the confessions post but I've already added to much to it.
I ended up making the pumpkin cupcakes, but instead of the maple cream cheese frosting, tried a Butterscotch Cream Cheese frosting (which came out more like icing than frosting!) Overall, they turned out VERY well, even if I didn't get the fluffy piped frosting I'd intended. LOL
The cake definitely was dense, but YUM - so good!! Come on fall!!
