>>HAPPY FRIDAY!<<
Happy Friday ladies.
What are your weekend plans?
Re: >>HAPPY FRIDAY!<<
wheeeee! TGIF!
tonight: meeting MH for HH, hopefully getting a decent night's sleep
tomorrow: watching the big USC/OU game with the neighbors. MH loves SC (a little too much, IMO) and our neighbors are huge OU fans so it should be fun. I'm making this caramel cake in my football mold cake pan.
sun: relaxing.
Tonight: Getting ready for garage sale
Tomorrow: Garage sale and household chores
Sunday: Football and dinner with the ILs
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
OMG, major H+Ps. garage sales blow.
Yes. Yes, they do.
Back story:
This is all because MH wants to buy a stand up paddle board. He sprung this on me the day we found out we were having twins. Nice. All of a sudden he wants a stand up paddle board because he went ONE TIME and loved it. Umm, no. I don't think spending $1,200 on that is a good idea right now with two babies on the way. Mind you, he has new surfboards and brand new golf clubs. Plus, when will he have time to do that when the babies are here?
So in protest, he is having a garage sale to raise money for his paddle board. He's even planning to take the money I get for my stuff because he has.to.have this paddle board.
FML.

Yes, I guess it is the next thing. I think the paddle alone is a few hundred bucks.
Oh, and he also wants to buy a 70s Volkswagen Bus to fix up and drive around.

well, of course. because the board probably wouldn't fit in his current car.
Yes, because with a $3,000 a month daycare bill coming up, we are going to have tons of money sitting around to spend on fixing up hooptie ass VW buses.
I need a drink.

klim, is your H aware that you will soon have two newborn babies?
This is for you:
That's it. It's official. Our husbands share a brain. They are the same person, I'm convinced.
We have virtually no weekend plans, seems so odd..
I'm hoping to catch up on a bunch of school and errands ...maybe catch a movie or two
No plans this weekend, just hanging around the house.
I did not know what a paddleboard was until now. So...like a surfboard that you use a paddle with? You can't just use a surfboard? Won't it get tiring, standing up the whole time? Or do they sit down sometimes?
I saw some people doing this to get to their boats when we were going whale watching, I thought they were just using their surfboards.
Car shopping.
Sigh.
TGIF!

I don't understand....He will be busy when the babies are here? What does he have to do with taking care of them? M just goes on with his daily life...while I handle all the business. That is not normal?
Happy Friday
today I had the day off so I got up at the asscrack of dawn and ran 12 hilly miles. Good times... tonight I'm helping orchestrate a surprise party for a dear friend at Fountain Bowl. Holla!
tomorrow - DMB in SD!

Tonight: I have a 1,000 things to do at home some of which include grocery shopping tonight and cleaning and organizing in general because my parents are coming over tomorrow.
Tomorrow: Up early for a run, then meet parents and realtor as we are going house hunting tomorrow for a couple hours. Then B day party for SIL, then up to LA for friends party.
Sunday: Early work out of some sort, then tooling Laguna with a certain heffa then lunch with other heffas - then later that day plans with H and some friends which are kind of still up in the air but should be fun. At some point in this day I will be baking cakes for my cake decorating class early next week. Tee hee!
OMG, that sounds like my dad! My dad is making his own paddle board (he makes surfboards) but has to buy a $$$ paddle. My dad sold his VW bus to buy an old Chevy Corvair
I think he loves that damn car more then he loves me.
Happy Friday to all!
