Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: Iron Girl and SanHawaii
Sandra - great race today! You're a rockstar! Despite a minor snafu with Sandra's race packet (someone else had picked hers up but it was neither me nor Sandra - wierd! #2906 - we're out to find you!), today was a beautiful day for a 5k. The Iron Girl race is an all women's race, and it was really cool to see so many women, all shapes and sizes and all ages, out there just having a good time. And it was great to meet up with another Nestie, of course. Next year - we're getting PugRolls, Sujen, Robbie and all y'all out there to join us. Oh, and bonus points to Sandra's hubby for coming out to cheer her on. What a sweetheart! I beleive MH was still in bed snuggling the dog (bonus points in its own right).

I would've MUCH rather ran with you two lovely ladies than run a heat-ridden 20 miler! Arg!
