another recipe request
Anyone have a recipe for homemade jambalaya? I've only ever made the box kind adding stuff in. I'd love to make one from scratch one day in the not too distant future!

MH's jambalaya is the bomb dot com. Very moist. I am not a fan of dry jambalaya.

It makes a lot but it freezes well. And I just realized I put a note that we use medium grain rice but we actually use long for this recipe. MH thinks that the medium gives it a mushy texture while the long separates just right. But I think he's just being picky; it tastes fine with either!
