Good morning ladies! I hope you all had a good weekend. I went and watched my nephew, Ashton, play in his first football game. They got to play at Mosaic Stadium...it was awesome (and cold lol).
Just a quick note if anyone was going to make the BBQ Chicken & Peach Kabobs with Bacon from last week. Make sure that your peaches are slightly unripe. We used ripe peaches and a few of them became so soft that they came off the skewer. But they were still super tasty!

Tuesday: Leftovers;
Wednesday: Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce;
Thursday: Leftovers;
Friday: Grilled Shrimp in Pita Pockets w/ veggies and dip.
