Damn you Canada Post! lol

Man, I am having quite the morning. So, I usually can keep the hubs in the dark about most of my online and catalog purchases by going to the post office or mailbox and picking up my packages, tossing the packing/wrapping, and putting the item away before he knows about it. I know, it's so "schemey". lol

Anyway, I just got an email from him that says this, "There is a parcel to pick up, what did you buy now?!!! Should I be afraid?". So I ask him how he would know that. Apparently b/c mail delivery is stll being worked out in our new development, Canada Post requires a phone number to contact when a package or registered letter arrives! He gave them his cell number! Darn it! I had to fess up about some necklaces I ordered a few weeks back. Busted! lol

Re: Damn you Canada Post! lol

  • Finally a CPC post where I don't feel like crap after reading!

I'm just glad they called... it's a new system they are working out with the new developments to avoid packages being returned to sender!

  • Awww, it's all good! lol At least it didn't sit there for ages only to be returned to sender. I like this sytem. I hope they keep it. Although, I will likey be going behind DH's back to change the contact number Wink
