are you switching to the myTouch? I personally like the full keyboard.
Re: G1 Users
Neither my wife nor I ever bought the G1 - It didn't fit well in my hands for typing on the keyboard and the wife wasn't interested in a smart phone. After the MyTouch came out, though, she went to play with it as she wasn't happy with her BlackBerry Pearl.
That was all it took. She got it and came home with it that day. I'm sticking it out with my BlackBerry Pearl Flip a while longer, but I can definitely testify that the MyTouch is a well-made machine. The virtual keyboard is easy to type on and the predictive text works very well.
I'll also add that my wife texts quite a lot (more than I do on my BlackBerry) and has no complaints about typing on the virtual keyboard and actually compliments it quite often. I love it too, and borrow it whenever I can to play with it.
My next phone will definitely be an android phone.
