Book Club Meeting
Those of you who didn't make it today missed out on a really good discussion! We also decided that for next month, we want to read The 19th Wife by David Ebershoff.
It was one of the recommended book club books at Books-A-Million and sounds like it will make for a great discussion.
We're also going to invite a few other ladies that we know that have been interested in the book club but aren't nesties to join.

Re: Book Club Meeting
I hate that I had to miss out, but I've had a fever the past two days so I don't feel so bad for not getting around to reading the book now.
Next month's choice and inviting new people both sound good to me. Was there someone who offered to host? If not, let me know. We can probably do it at my house if that hasn't already been decided.
It was a great meeting! Lima made ice cream sundaes and chocolate martinis. Yum!
I'm looking forward to the next book. That's got to make for some good reading. I'm not sure that we made a final decision about where to hold the meeting.
And I got lost leaving Central! I backtracked my directions, but somehow it didn't work out right. I really need a new phone, so I can have a GPS.
It was a great meeting and the martinis were delish! I need to go buy the new book this week. I had thrown it out there that I could host next time but that's if everyone wants to come back out to Central. I'm fine either way!
Cissy - I was hoping you didn't get lost! I'm telling you I've got to get the GPS too!
I ordered the book last night. I also ordered those Zusack books that we discussed before. I think I'd like to read them even if they don't make the cut for book club.
MrsSpell- I just off the phone with Verizon. They are sending me a Blackberry Tour to try risk free for 30 days. They said it was closest to the iphone, and they were able to work the price down to $99. I'm a little intimidated by the Blackberry, but you know I need that GPS! You should call their cancel line and see what they can do for you.
Oh yay! I actually haven't read that one! I have a Borders coupon too. Guess I'm going to Borders later this week
Sorry I missed everyone yesterday. Can't wait to be at the next one. What is the date in October?
Hmmmm, I may be calling Verizon tomorrow! I didn't really want a Blackberry but it's a lot better than what I have now!
Oh and Belle I think we said the 11th for the next meeting.
