  • My title is Overnight Desk Supervisor. It used to be (before I started at this position) Overnight Desk Auditor. I actually do both things now, I audit the books for 1/2 of the company, I check people in/out of our system, I coordinate with the Resident Services Admin about rent documentation, I oversee other overnight desk staff to ensure proper handling and procedures of their paperwork, I maintain the safety and security of all residents, I administer breathalyzers and I help and refer residents to programs that may be useful to them. :D
