Has anyone been able to talk TWC into giving them a lower rate? My plan is expiring soon and I am hoping to save some money. Any tips on how to talk them into giving me a cut?

Re: Time Warner Cable
We used to call and say so-and-so (usually Cinti Bell Zoomtown) was offering X promotional rate and we were going to cancel and switch unless they could lower our rates. It always worked like a charm and they'd keep it lowered for like 6-12 months and you could call back and repeat.
Since then, we've been using a work discount and we only have roadrunner and lifeline ($10) cable.
