anybody watch the jay leno show last night?
i was one who liked jay's corny format, as did the hub, so i think we'll keep watching.
i LOVED that he found the best way to drive home to douchebag kanye how wrong he was. i still can't stand the guy, but i do think he realizes that he was an ass, and that he needs to step back and do some soul searching.
and, my favorite part of jay's show was always "headlines." but then again, i'm rather easily amused.
Warning
No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
Re: anybody watch the jay leno show last night?
kanye came out before performing with jay-z and rihanna to publicly apologize to taylor swift for the VMA debacle, and he looked to be genuinely contrite and close to tears for most of the time he was sitting there. and then jay asked him what he thought his mother would have thought of the stunt.
game over.
I'm so sad I missed this. I fell asleep before it was on and I was skeptical of contributing to anything that he was on. Good for Jay for pointing out his douchebaggery!
it was great. kanye just hung his head and couldn't say a word.
way to go, jay. it was awesome.
oh, snap!
Seriously. You know bringing someones mama into it is some serious business.
Not just any mama.
A dead mama.
OMG, I totally forgot about that!
Wow, that really is the ultimate dig. Go Jay.
according to a post on MM, taylor was on the view this morning and said that kanye hasn't reached out to her personally at all.
confirms to me that he was out for publicity, good or bad. assmunch.
My CW has a theory that the whole thing was a publicity stunt for Jay's new show last night.
Supposedly 2 minutes after the segment aired in The View, Kanye called Taylor personally and apologized. A little late, guy.
I think everybody involved was in on it and is benefiting greatly.
It actually makes a ton of sense.
We (as the audience) are so easily manipulated.
This is why I haven't been all up in arms about the so-called incident.
Staged. All staged.
Really? If everyone was in on it, how is he an ass? If it was staged, everyone was a willing participant.
