Beyond Livid!
I just logged onto my mortgage company's website to make sure they received my payment from earlier this month and I come to find out that they got busted by the Feds and are no longer servicing my loan. Apparently the feds gave my loan to some other company last month AND NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT IT! I didnt get a single letter or email so had I not gone to their website I wouldnt have known about any of this!
Apparently the bust happened mid August and the last payment I made was 9/1. Now I'm worried that bc I didnt make the payment to the new company I'm going to get slapped with a late fee or something and OF COURSE the new company has no information on what my new loan number is or anything so I cant set up a new online account with them AND when I call them their 800 number is BUSY! WTF! What kind of mortgage company has a busy 800 number!?!
I finally sent them some hate email and I hope I get some answers soon. I'm beyond outraged right now. I never liked my mortgage company to begin with so it doesnt suprise me they got busted for being shady BUT SOME FRIGGIN correspondence would have been nice!

No!!! That blows! since it's regarding you paying them, you'd think they'd be all over updating you about them owning your load and whatnot.
