*Ahem* please refer to post titled 'funny Aussie tv ad' lol. AFTER you change Alexa's diaper though, I don't want you to be disheartened before you undertake your task at hand haha.
Have you had that moment yet where you walk outside and you think:
"Ok, world...you can all totally tell I have had a HUGE event happen to me, huh?! I am a mother! I look different, don't I?! Omg, I have a daughter! Did you know that I have a daughter, at home? Daughter, daughter, daughter!"
Haha, don't mind me. This was probably my internal conversation the first time I came home and walked down the street with J to get coffee (his parents were at home looking after Maya).

Oh yeah..... DH too. Our first day home I sent him to CVS to get my pain meds filled and he came home with a giant pink "It's a girl" balloon to hang on our doorknob so all the neighbors would know our news!!!

I'm surprised too... But she does sleep like ALL the time and my mom being here to make meals and take her so I can shower and stuff is such a help!
It did take me a WEEK to post her birth photos... Haha. People on Facebook kept asking... Well, it was just that there were SO MANY taken... It's hard not to take photos, she is too darned cute! Lovin it!

Oh, your mum is a GEM! Tell her she can't go home now, she has to stay and help love on her granddaughter forever and ever! Ok, maybe until she is 1...? Lol.
You wait re. the volume of photos! Do a photo count in a years time and let us know how many are stored on your computer lol. I think I'm up to 4,000 at least with Maya and that's WITH me not lifting a camera really for the past few mths...I've slowed down a LOT compared to her first year.
Malia - She's beautiful! I remember the first time I took Ella out in the car by myself, as I carried her in her car seat, i thought, god, this is my BABY and THIS is just SO COOL!
