Hi, ladies! First off, thanks Irma for posting for me yesterday. I spent most of the day in bed today and yesterday, so I wasn't able to post.
Like Irma said, yesterday at about 3:30 AM, P rushed me to the hospital, because of excessive bleeding. It was worse than my heaviest menstrual period (sorry- if TMI). Earlier in my pregnancy I was told that I have placenta previa, but it was marginal. About a month ago, my ob told me it is no longer caused for concern and that the placenta has gone up. Needless to say, I was very upset yesterday when the dr who saw me told me that placenta is still partly covering my cervix, and that was why he was concerned about the bleeding. They thought the placenta was coming out before the baby. They observed me for a couple of hours, and the baby was fortunately fine and active. I was only contracting about every 10 mins, and after a couple of hours, I was only 2 cm dilated, so they released me home.
I am still slightly bleeding, but it is brown, and when I called L&D, they reassured me that brown is just old blood and I should be fine.
At this point, I've only had a few contractions, which have been very minor. We went for a walk this morning hoping it would speed up the process. Right now, we are just doing the waiting game. For some reason, I have massive headache and feel nauseous like I did in my 1st tri. Did anybody else feel this way before labor?
Thank you for all the well-wishes, ladies. When it does happen, I will let Irma know, and if P can figure out how to do it, I'll have him post pics here. Until then, please keep us in your prayers.

Sending tons of good labor dust your way jewel!!!
Glad to hear all is well.
Aww Jewelyn how scary! I hope G comes pretty rapidly for you.
If you still have partial previa, will you need a c/s?
Thinking of you, my friend. xoxo
Can't wait to e-meet Gabrielle!
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
It looks like I would have to have a c/s b/c the ob I saw yesterday said the placenta is too low and it is covering part of my cervix. It is ok. Just as long as Gabrielle is fine. I am now at peace w/ getting a c/s.
Oh, don't worry, Amy! I needed to be active.
yay, everyone is doing great
bake little miss G, bake!
